This was founded in 1718, endowed by the Marquis of Villapuente, as has been said of the others.

It was in charge of the parents of the Company until January 1768, and in April of that year it was received in charge of the school by Father Fray Juan Crespí. From then until December 8, 1771, thirty-nine toddlers have been baptized; One hundred and twenty have died, between toddlers and adults, and fifteen have married.

It has no visiting towns; They all live in the head, which are forty-nine married families, seven widowers and three widows, with sixty boys and girls of all ages, who all make up the number one hundred and sixty-eight.

This mission is about ten leagues from Comondú, thirty-seven leagues from Guadalupe, nine from the Great Sea, and twenty-five leagues from the Gulf. It is at an altitude of 26º degrees, located on the bank of a stream named Cadegomo, in a beautiful place and a happy sky. It has enough arable land, which could be planted with plenty of bushels of wheat, with a lot of water from the said stream, although for irrigation it depends on a very long dam along the width of the stream, and the avenues, being a year of many waters, They take it away, as happened last year in 1770, for which reason the mission was delayed, because they took a long time to do it again due to lack of people; but thank God they concluded it and the mission is back in their stream. It has a church made of stone and mud, and partly made of adobes, covered with tule, and the same is the house.

It has its grapevines or vineyards, many fig trees and pomegranates, and they take a lot of cotton to help the wardrobe. Many figs tend to pass through and there has been a year of nine hundred arrobas, although the immediate one only achieved three hundred, due to the damage done by the lobster; and for the same plague they did not get a grain of wheat and corn, hoping to take about two hundred bushels. At present they have sown seven bushels of wheat, and if they get rid of the chahuistle they can achieve a good harvest; of wine has about sixty jars of sixty quarts each.

He has no ranch or place for it; Only in the vicinity of the mission does he have twenty-eight tame oxen, although already old, which he can only join four good yoke; of chichiguas cows he has nineteen, and a bull; twelve calves and eleven calves. Of cattle raised by the four winds a lot, without being able to count. Mares with a belly thirty-seven, with two stallions and two herding donkeys; sixteen tame mules, one from a saddle and the other being tamed; four running mules; sixteen bellied donkeys with a stallion horse, and sixteen tame donkeys and donkeys to work; nineteen fillies, and seventeen foals from one year to two. Smaller wool cattle, between small and large, have two thousand and seventy-four heads, and two hundred and eleven of hair.
