¼ cup of olive oil.

2 garlic cloves, crushed.
1 medium onion cut into thin wheels
2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup chicken broth
3 cups of dry white wine
½ teaspoon saffron, salt and pepper to taste
125 grams of almonds sliced ​​into flakes

PREPARATION

The chicken is spread with the crushed garlic, seasoned and fried in the oil, add the onion and let it cook, add the flour and fry for a minute. Add the chicken broth, white wine and saffron, cook over low heat until the chicken is soft and the sauce is thick. The chicken is removed, the sauce is strained, the chicken is put back in it and the almonds are added, it is heated very well and served immediately.

PRESENTATION

The chicken pieces are arranged on individual plates and served with white rice.
