INGREDIENTS

- 45 grams of butter (1/2 bar)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup of mashed ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla Butter to grease the mold

PREPARATION

The butter is beaten with the sugar, the eggs are added one by one while continuing to beat. Cream and vanilla are added, without stopping beating. The perfectly mashed bananas are added. The flour is sifted with the bicarbonate and the baking powder and added to the above. Everything is beaten very well and poured into a pancake mold previously greased with butter. Put in the oven preheated at 180oC for about an hour or until when you put a toothpick in the center of the bread, the toothpick comes out clean.
