- 1 medium tomato
- 1 miltomate (green tomato)
- 2 cloves
- 2 peppers
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 leaf of acuyo (herbsanta)
- 200 grams of corn dough
- 1 liter of chicken consommé
- 1 1/2 kilo of chicken cut into pieces and cooked
- 200 grams of green beans clean, cut and cooked
- 2 chayotes cut into large cubes and cooked
- 16 cooked and peeled chambray chips
- 6 zucchini cooked and halved
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
The chili and tomato are cooked in a little water; then this is ground with the spices, except for the acuyo, and strained; Add the chicken consommé and boil in a saucepan, adding the acuyo leaf and salt to taste.
