INGREDIENTS (FOR 10 PEOPLE)

For the pasta:

  • 225 grams of powdered Maria cookies.
  • 120 grams of melted butter.

For the filling:

  • 5 eggs
  • 20 prunes, pitted.
  • ½ cup of macadamia nuts.
  • 1 can of Nestlé milk.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 190 grams of cream cheese.

To cover:

  • 1 cup of maple syrup.
  • 1 cup of macadamia nut crushed.
  • 5 crumbled Maria cookies.

PREPARATION

Pasta: Mix the powdered Maria cookie with the melted butter. This covers the bottom of a rectangular refractory mold. The filling is poured on top and placed in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for 30 minutes. When it is removed from the oven, it is bathed in maple syrup, garnished with the macadamia nut and sprinkled with the crumbled cookie. It is refrigerated. It must be done from the day before.

Filling: All the ingredients are blended for 2 minutes.

PRESENTATION

It can be served in the same dish where it was baked or diced on a serving platter.
