INGREDIENTS
(For 4 people)
- 300 grams of cooked shrimp
- 200 grams of crab pulp, well cleaned and cooked
- 600 grams of cooked octopus, peeled and chopped
- 300 grams of cooked squid
- The juice of 8 lemons
- 5 tomatoes well washed, ginned and cut into cubes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bunch of chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 avocados to decorate
PREPARATION
