It is another of the interesting examples of architecture from the Porfirian period.

It is another of the interesting examples of architecture from the Porfirian era, built in the last decade of the 19th century at the initiative of Mr. Francisco Rule, a businessman of English origin and owner of the important mining company of the time. The house is currently the headquarters of the H. Ayuntamiento de Pachuca. It is a building on two levels, around a central courtyard; its main façade is crowned by an attic that gives it a European aspect. The main door of the house has neoclassical influences evident in several elements: pilasters that support an entablature with a split pediment, other circular ones, cornices, quarry corbels and scallops with stems. The upper part of the building houses several leaded stained glass windows, one of them in the office of the German secretary of the presidency, with a circular drawing with flowers and plant motifs, the initials on the upper part "FR" (Francisco Rule), and the year 1869.

It is located in Plaza Gernal Anaya, Av. Morelos and Leandro Valle. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
