Get to know and visit this mission founded in 1705 by the Jesuit Father Juan Manuel Basaldúa.

In this town that is surrounded by magnificent landscapes in which small oases and deserts are combined, the beautiful religious complex arises that was founded around 1705 by the Jesuit father Juan Basaldúa. The initial structure was surely made of adobe, although later the temple that can be seen today was built, with its austere stone image in which the small bell tower stands.

If you visit it, it is worth going up to the viewpoint. From there you can see the desert on one side and the green of the date palms on the other.

The mission continues today to preserve the austere style of the time it was founded.
