This imposing waterfall is located just 20 kilometers from Palenque and is a place you have to know.

Misol-Ha is an imposing natural scenery made up of a deep ravine, a high crag and a spectacular waterfall 50 m high. It is the ideal setting to enjoy and contemplate the abundant vegetation and fauna.

The waterfall is tucked between a jungle and lush vegetation and with well-groomed paths; It also forms a beautiful pool where you can take a good bath.

And if you like nature and adventure, you can stay to sleep in very clean cabins with fans, mosquito nets and hotel and restaurant service. All this managed by a Chol indigenous cooperative.

HOW TO GET?

Misol-Ha, which in the Chol language means precisely “waterfall”, is located 20 km from Palenque on highway no. 199. It is located in the Ejido de San Miguel, in the municipality of Salto de Agua.
