INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE)

Prepare the broccoli and pickled chili peppers with the following ingredients:

- 2 cups of olive oil

- 1 large red onion sliced ​​in feather

- 1 head of peeled garlic

- 8 güero peppers

- 8 red jalapeno peppers

- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into wheels

- 1 kilo of broccoli cut into small flowers

- 6 black peppers, 5 sprigs of oregano

- 2 bay leaves

- 3 sprigs of thyme

- 2 cups of vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

PREPARATION

The oil is heated and the onion and garlic are seasoned. Add the chili peppers and carrots and sauté for 2 minutes, add the broccoli, the peppers and the aromatic herbs and, finally, the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for five minutes, remove it, let it cool and pack.

PRESENTATION

Serve the broccoli and pickled chili peppers in a deep glass dish or in a glass case.
