The nopal is the main ingredient in this recipe to prepare Indios al balcony. Show your cooking skills and prepare them yourself!
INGREDIENTS
(For 8 people)
- 24 miniature nopalitos or 16 medium nopales, cooked with a little tequesquite and salt, drained and rinse to remove the slime
- 400 grams of Manchego or Chihuahua cheese
- Flour flour
- 6 eggs, beaten to coat
- Oil for frying
- 3 small onions sliced on wheels and deflected in salted water
- 3 gourd tomatoes sliced into wheels
- Pickled chipotle chile slices and their juice
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION
On a nopalito, a slice of cheese is placed in the center and then covered with another nopalito; they are passed through the flour, shaking off the excess and then through the beaten egg. They are fried until golden brown. They are placed on a plate and covered with the onion slices, tomato slices and chipotle chili in strips with a little juice.

In an oval clay plate.
