INGREDIENTS
(For 10 to 12 people)
- ½ kilo of dry bean.
- ½ kilo of corn.
- ½ kilo of cocoa.
- 1 stick of cinnamon cut into large pieces.
- 350 grams of sugar or to taste.
- 1 teaspoon of anise.
- 3 liters of cold boiled water.
PREPARATION
Beans, corn and cocoa are roasted. The bean is cleaned and everything is taken to the mill so that it is ground together with the cinnamon and anise until it remains as powder, the water is added and it is kneaded with the hands. It is passed through a strainer pressing well, the resulting liquid is added sugar, dissolved and vigorously beaten with a mill to release foam. On a little of the liquid the foam is served in the gourd and it is taken.
NOTE: If you wish, you can add a little ice to the resulting liquid before beating it.
