We give you this recipe based on pork, so you can prepare and enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 15 TO 20 PEOPLE)

  • 1 pig weighing 6 to 7 kilos, open in the carcass and very clean inside, removing all the insides.
  • 8 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes.
  • 6 to 8 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-centimeter pieces.
  • 3 cups of peas
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 3 cups of fresh pineapple cut into 3-centimeter pieces.
  • ½ cup of raisins.
  • ½ cup of peeled and sliced ​​almonds.
  • 2 plantains, sliced.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


For the collection:

  • 3 cups of white vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon of clove powder.
  • 1 head of peeled garlic.
  • Salt to taste.

To accompany:

From 30 to 40 bobbins. For 15 to 20 people.

PREPARATION

The pig washes very well and dries perfectly.
