INGREDIENTS
(For 1 person)
- 1 fillet of 200 grams open
- English sauce
- Meat seasoning
- Maggi sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the filling:
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- ¼ small onion
- 1 small tomato, peeled, ginned and chopped
- ½ cup of mushrooms of the season or, failing that, chopped mushrooms
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
For the sauce:
- 2 butter spoons
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ avocado
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, a little seasoning and a few drops of Maggi sauce to the fillet, spread it with a little oil, salt and pepper to taste and grill it on the grill. It is stuffed, folded in half and bathed with the avocado sauce.
Filling:
In the corn oil, add the onion, add the tomato, fry it for a few minutes and add the mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste, let it season all very well until it thickens a little.

The butter is melted, the flour, salt and pepper are added. Stir for a few seconds, add the chopped parsley and, little by little, the ground avocado with the milk, stirring constantly, let it boil for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
PRESENTATION
The fillet is served in a pre-heated individual plate accompanied with white rice.
