INGREDIENTS

(For 1 person)

  • 200 grams of turkey breast
  • Corn oil
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup cider
  • 1/4 of cup of natural cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon poultry extract or chicken broth powder or to taste

To accompany

  • 1 cup of cooked and chopped spinach mixed with a tablespoon of salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 chambray potatoes cooked, peeled and buttered
  • 4 large green beans wrapped in a slice of fried bacon

PREPARATION

sauce:

The cider is boiled until it is reduced by half, the cream, the curry and the poultry extract are added.

The turkey breast is smeared with a little oil, seasoned and roasted on a grill over wood embers for three minutes on each side, crossing it halfway through cooking so that the trellis is marked. If you wish, you can also grill the breast on the stove.

PRESENTATION

The turkey breasts are served in individual plates, because that way you have a better view. The dish is salted, the spinach is added in the form of a bed and the breast is placed on it and the dish is decorated with the rest of the ingredients.
