Prepare some delicious "pork trunk" mushrooms with this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

(For 8 people)

  • 1 kilo of mushrooms "pork trunk"
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 or more jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 4 tomatoes peeled, chopped and ginned

PREPARATION

The mushrooms are washed very well and cooked with water, salt and a clove of garlic for 20 minutes. They are removed, drained and chopped. In the oil, add the onion, garlic and chili, add the mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes and add the tomato and salt to taste, let everything cook until the tomato is well seasoned and serve.

PRESENTATION

The mushrooms are served in an oval or round platter and can be garnished with a raw mushroom in the center and a few sprigs of coriander.
