INGREDIENTS

9 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
75 grams of flour
100 grams of pine nuts (optional)

For honey:

3 cups of sugar
1 1/2 liters of water
1 large slice of cinnamon

PREPARATION

The eggs are beaten very well until they have a ribbon stitch; then, without stopping beating, add the flour mixed with the baking powder. This mixture is poured into a square baking dish, greased with butter, and baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allowed to cool.
