It was built at the beginning of the 18th century by Fray Juan de Herrera. The arches of the upper floor are a true work of art. It is covered by a grid formed with guides of exuberant foliage and the arches are highlighted with diamond points; the shelves are ornamented with great Baroque richness and images of Mercedarian saints were sculpted on the spandrels; only the cloister remains of the convent.
