Ingredients for one person
¼ cup oysters
3 tablespoons oyster water
¾ cup miniature shrimp, well washed and dried
¼ cup of cooked and chopped octopus
Juice of 1 ½ lemons
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt to taste
1 ½ tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
Habanero pepper sauce to taste
Habanero chili sauce
10 habanero peppers
1 cup of water
2 teaspoons of salt
Preparation
In a tall glass, first place the oysters, then the oyster water, then the shrimp and finally the octopus, add the ketchup, salt to taste and garnish the glasses with chopped onion and cilantro. Habanero pepper sauce is added to taste.
Habanero chili sauce
All the ingredients are blended together.
Presentation
It is served in tall glass glasses.
