Recipe: prawns a la diabla

INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 PERSON)

- 4 to 6 large prawns, halved lengthwise.

- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.

- 1/2 cup of garlic oil (it is made by putting a head of peeled garlic in a liter of oil and let it marinate for at least 12 hours).

For the sauce

- 3 arbol chiles or to taste.

- 1 cup of tomato puree.

- Chili sauce.

- Valentina to taste.

- Salt to taste.

- 1 tablespoon of oil.

PREPARATION

The opened prawns are bathed in vinegar and left to rest for a while. Then sauté them in the garlic oil until they turn red; then the sauce is added and they are left to season for a few minutes. The sauce should be thick.

Sauce

In the tablespoon of oil, brown the chilies, add the tomato puree, let it season a little, blend it, add the chili sauce and salt to taste.
