Prepare this drink based on piloncillo accompanied by walnuts, almonds, peanuts, sesame seeds and raisins. A sweet and healthy smoothie!

INGREDIENTS

(Makes 8 pieces approximately)

  • 3 large light piloncillos
  • 2 tablespoons peanut
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of peeled, chopped and toasted almonds

PREPARATION

Put the piloncillos to melt, add the walnuts or peanuts, as you prefer, and then the sesame and the raisins, and with this they fill some molds in the shape of a pylon; they can also be put into greased refractory molds.
