INGREDIENTS

For the filling:

  • 1 kg of beef fillet clean and cut into cubes

  • 1 large onion finely sliced
  • 1 kg of potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

The flour, cream cheese, butter and salt are mixed in the food processor, or quickly with the tips of the fingers until they form chicharitos, and cold water is added little by little until obtaining a paste of the desired consistency. It is spread with the roller on a floured table, it should be thin, circles of 12 centimeters in diameter are cut, filled and folded in half to form patties, pressing very well on the edges with the tip of a fork so that they seal all right. They are baked in a preheated oven at 250 ° C for approximately 45 minutes.
