INGREDIENTS (FOR 20 OR 25 PEOPLE)
- ½ kilo of chopped bacon.
- 1 kilo of crumbled chorizo.
- 1 kilo of chopped onion.
- 1 kilo of green pepper ginned and diced.
- 3 kilos of fillet, can be substituted for a ball, diced.
- 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce or to taste.
- 3 tablespoons A1 sauce or to taste.
- 2 tablespoons Maggi juice or to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION
In a large paella pan, fry the bacon, when it releases the fat, add the onion to brown it a little, then add the chorizo, let it fry for a minute, add the bell pepper, the meat, the sauces, salt and pepper to taste and fry everything until the meat is ready.
