Prepare a delicious fish with this recipe for snook in acuyo.

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 person)

  • 1 wheel of bass of 250 grams, approximately, well washed

For the sauce:

  • 4 large acuyo leaves
  • ¼ small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ jalapeño pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of lard

For decorate:

  • Grated carrot

To accompany:

  • Steamed chambray potatoes, a little butter is added

PREPARATION

The sauce is made and the snook wheel is put into it; Cover the saucepan and put it on low heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
