INGREDIENTS

(For 6 people)

10 lemons
1 cup of sugar
1 liter of milk
To decorate
Very thin lemon triangles

PREPARATION

To prepare the frozen lemon cups, the lemons are grated very well and the zest is removed; then they are cut in half and the juice is squeezed out of them. This juice, the zest and the sugar are blended, adding the milk little by little, until everything is well mixed; Once this is done, it is poured into individual glass cups or a medium glass or glass platter and put in the freezer. After 10 minutes it is stirred gently with a spoon and the operation is repeated two more times. Leave it until frozen, then take it out, garnish with the lemon triangles and serve.
