State belonging to the Mexican Plateau, where valleys alternate with mountains, also has an important network of rivers and lagoons. Springs and spas are distributed throughout much of this territory with a temperate climate that turns warm in the spring months, before the rainy season.
El Trébol and Villa GascaIn the city of León, the first resort has five pools, two slides, two wading pools, a restaurant, children's games, a soda fountain, green areas and parking for 100 cars. The Villa Gasca, with thermal waters, also has Olympic pools and a semi-Olympic, four wading pools, a family tub and green areas.
ComanjillaIt is located southeast of León, on the road that goes to Silao, taking a deviation that is to the left, approximately 17 km. From this point, Comanjilla has hot springs and offers magnificent facilities for a family visit.
Abasolo boilerLocated at km. 30 of the Irapuato-Abasolo highway, a spa that offers seven common thermal water pools, sports facilities, a country area, an archery field and horse rental.
Los Arcos and Hot WaterThey are located south of Celaya, 5 and 12 km. Respectively, thermal water baths, the first has much more complete facilities than the second, with a pool, slide, semi-Olympic pool, two wading pools, a dive pit, a restaurant and an area of green areas.
Other spas and springs Los Tanques and La Granja, located in San Francisco del Rincón. Spas with healing properties. A little further on, towards Purísima de Bustos, are Los Girasoles, rustic but clean and well-conditioned, and Los Carrizales, with two pools, a wading pool, restaurant-bar, children's games and green areas. El Paraíso is in Irapuato, south of Silao and Guanajuato, by the exit to Salamanca. Near the city of strawberries, 2 km. from the town of Aldama, is Las Tinajas, where a waterfall forms small natural pools. Acámbaro offers us its Aguacaliente and Obrajuelo thermal spas. To the southeast of this last population is the Ojo de Agua de Tarandácuao.
