INGREDIENTS

  • Cucumber
  • White onion
  • Tomatillo
  • Serrano, jalapeño and / or habanero chili (according to spicy taste)
  • Lemon to taste
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Salt

PREPARATION

The amount of ingredients depends on the portion to be prepared. A good portion is achieved by using 1 good size cucumber and a medium onion, these are diced and placed in a container.

On the other hand, you cook the tomatillo with the chilies to prepare a sauce, liquefy it with the garlic and cilantro and add a pinch of salt, let it cool a little and add to the container where you placed the previously chopped cucumber and onion , you add lemon and make sure it has enough sauce, that is, that the cucumber and onion are sufficiently covered.
