Guadalajara is famous for being the cradle of the traditional meat in its juice and for having the best beer in the region, but it is in the sea cuisine that they are truly spectacular.

1. Los Arcos

2. The Snapper

Passionate about cooking since 1980, El Pargo's specialty is lobster tail, scallops, tropic shrimp and their shaken shrimp.

3. Save

Delicious to eat the freshest and most typical seafood of Sinaloa cuisine in a family atmosphere.

The restaurant whose name comes from Guasave lives up to the season in its premium octopus tacos, Gober 300 tacos, marlin and salmon. Their tuna, ceviche, shrimp, octopus, fish or the famous red, green and black aguachile are also very tasty. It also has meat and fish dishes.

4. Mouth of Heaven

Its proposal is different and its dishes are varied. Their specialties are crab barbecue, manta ray machaca, squid tripita tacos and the very traditional shrimp drowning.

Their golden shrimp tacos, octopus, marlin tostadas, aguachiles and ceviches are equally delicious.

7. Taco Fish La Paz

At Taco Fish La Paz they serve Baja California-style tacos with a variety of sauces or dressings, so that each diner is served to taste.

8. Put on Black Trout

It has been a distinguished restaurant of the cuisine of the sea for 33 years. The Ponte Trucha Negro, in Santa Teresa, one of the most famous neighborhoods in Guadalajara, is characterized by its variety, freshness, quality and originality of dishes.

Part of its success is the fusion of regional antojitos with seafood such as the seafood pozole, the shrimp chili stuffed and the shrimp cake.

Its diners are so valuable that even their reactions have given rise to the names of some dishes, such as, what a barbarian my black man! Shrimp prepared a la diabla with garlic and orange and what the child left, guacamole salad with seafood .

Based on the level of satisfaction and comments from diners regarding taste and service, Burrinero could not be left out of our list.

They are specialists in burritos, a combination of a classic snack from the northern region of the country with seafood.

This dish consists of a wheat flour tortilla filled with shrimp, octopus, crab, fish or flank steak, with a delicious jalapeño, chipotle, coriander or shrimp sauce with cheese, rosemary and caramelized onion with habanero. There is also devilish al pastor or Hawaiian with pineapple and bacon.

Tlayudas de tuna, mini drowned cake, tuna carnitas and pibil tacos are other delicious dishes on the menu. They also serve vegetarian and vegan food.

In Burrinero they are famous for their prepared drinks such as burricot, sangria with seasonal fruits, lemonades, orangeade, soft drinks and beer.
