INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

Beat the whites to the point of nougat, while continuing to beat the yolks are added little by little. The starch mixes with the sugar and the baking powder and it sifts all over really well. It is carefully incorporated into the mixture of the eggs taking care that they do not fall. Finally the cold melted butter is added.
