Mussels recipe with six chilies

Savor this combination of seafood such as mussels with the inevitable chili. Prepare them yourself with this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

(For 6 people)

  • 400 grams of well cleaned culture mussels
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 morita pepper
  • 1 tree chili
  • 1 chiltepin pepper
  • 1 chipotle pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 100 grams of longaniza chopped in large pieces
  • 1 cup of white wine or if necessary a little more
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 tomato ball ginned and chopped into small squares

PREPARATION

The chilies are quickly roasted on a hot comal, taking care not to burn, and ground. The mussels are washed very well in fresh water and the shells are carved with a brush.

In the hot oil, add the garlic, add the sausage and half of the chili powder, brown it for a few minutes and add the mussels, tomato and wine to cover. Let everything cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the shells open, add the rest of the chili powder and serve, having previously discarded the mussels that have not been opened.
