Prepare some delicious lobster tacos, a gastronomic contribution from the Baja California peninsula. Just follow this simple recipe.

INGREDIENTS

(For 10 people)

  • 30 medium freshly made tortillas
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 100 grams of bell pepper finely chopped
  • 250 grams of tomato finely chopped
  • 100 grams of fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 kilo of shredded lobster meat
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Put the onion and bell pepper in the butter to fry. Add the tomato and pineapple and fry for a few minutes. Add the lobster meat, salt and pepper to taste and leave the meat to cook and season all very well. It sits for 10 minutes. The tacos are made and served.

PRESENTATION

The tacos can be served, already made, in a small basket lined with a napkin or, if you prefer, the stew is served on a plate and the tortillas in a tortilla holder for each diner to make the tacos to their liking.
