Prepare a delicious garnish of galeana potatoes with this simple recipe.
INGREDIENTS (FOR 8 PEOPLE)
- 1 kilo of Galeana potatoes or Cambray potatoes, peeled.
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of lard or corn oil.
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers ginned and chopped.
- 6 tomatoes.
- 1 teaspoon of oregano.
- 1 pinch of cumin.
- 2 or 3 teaspoons of powdered chicken broth.
- Salt and pepper to taste. For 8 people.
PREPARATION
The potatoes are added to the sauce and left to cook.
sauce: The onion is seasoned in the butter together with the bell pepper, the ground tomato is added with the rest of the ingredients and strained, it is left to season a little and the potatoes are added. If necessary, add a little water and more chicken broth.
PRESENTATION
In a deep saucepan, with the hot sauce.
