INGREDIENTS
(For 4-5 cocktails)
- 1 bunch of peppermint
- 2 lemons halved
- 1 liter of mead
- 1 glass of distilled pulque
- Crushed ice to taste
PREPARATION
The mint is boiled together with the lemons and a little water, strain it and add the mead, then the ice and finally the distilled pulque, all very well mixed.

Since a few years to date the new generations have lost interest in pulque, a traditional and very Mexican drink, other ways were sought so as not to have to remove the magueys, which, in addition to producing this delicious drink, help to avoid the erosion of the earth and to mark the boundaries in the field. One of these ways was the distillation of pulque by evaporation in copper stills, resulting in pulque liquor.
