Ingredients:

* 1 k shrimp from castile
* 1 cup of lemon juice
* Salt and pepper
* 5 tomatoes
* 1 medium onion
* 2 serrano peppers
* Coriander
* 1 cup of orange juice
* 1/2 cup of light beer
* 1 cup of ketchup
* 1/3 cup buffalo
* Olive oil to taste

Preparation method:

The shrimp is peeled and chopped and cooked in the lemon juice with salt and pepper for 1/2 hour. In addition, chop the tomato, onion, chili and coriander to taste, add the ketchup and buffalo (if you like, you can add or remove a little of these two ingredients), the orange juice and then the cooked shrimp. in the lemon juice with a little juice and to finish the olive oil to taste. It is accompanied with avocado and crackers.
