Take home more than a souvenir of your visit to Mexico, while visiting the Ritz-Carlton Culinary Center, Cancun. Learn new and entertaining ways to handle and combine food and wine in a professionally equipped kitchen with great views of the Caribbean Sea.
Classes are Monday through Saturday and taught by the brightest culinary experts using Viking equipment, which are internationally recognized in the culinary world and these classes educate, entertain and inspire. In each session, the Chef de Cuisine of the Culinary Center shares professional techniques and innovative recipes in a magnificent kitchen with a residential style. Classes typically present three to five themed recipes of interest to all guests regardless of their level of culinary experience. The chef de cuisine of the Culinary Center and his team work with a group with a maximum of 14 participants in order to allow the active participation of each participant.
Focusing on all culinary aspects including presentation techniques, guests experience the essentials of gastronomy in a casual environment. The two-hour classes are given in an entertaining tone while teaching helpful tricks and techniques.
