INGREDIENTS
(For 8 people)
- 200 grams of lard
- 4 onions very thinly sliced
- 3 to 5 serrano peppers finely chopped
- ½ kilo of worm (beef or veal) very well cooked and very finely crumbled
- Salt to taste
Salsa Bandera:
- 2 tomatoes ginned
- 3 serrano peppers
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of coriander, all very well chopped
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
In the hot butter, season the onion and the chili, add the meat and fry until everything is well browned, taking care to stir frequently so that the onion does not burn.
Salsa Bandera:
all the ingredients are mixed.
PRESENTATION
They are served with refried beans, Bandera sauce and corn flour tortillas.
