This temple is located in the town of San Miguel del Milagro and its facade shows an image of San Miguel Arcángel.
It was built around 1643 on the orders of Bishop Juan de PaIafox y Mendoza.
Its façade, of popular inspiration, is of the purest Puebla style that combines bricks and tiles with its quarry facade with the image of San Miguel Arcángel. To the left of the temple a small chapel guards the well of miraculous waters, created by the appearance of San Miguel Arcángel in 1631, before the astonished eyes of an indigenous named Diego Lázaro. The interior of the temple is decorated with some paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries, good sculptures of the archangels, a beautiful alabaster pulpit and the image of Saint Michael with imposing embossed silver wings.
